RECOMMENDED WARM UP:
- TEMPO - Mid-shaft position: 10 smooth swings, 15 cm off the ground
- POWER RELEASE – position just below the grip: 10 full swings (cures slices, increases distance, promotes sand shots/chipping)
- STRETCH - position above the club head: The weight now stretches all the muscles that a golfer uses during the game in 10 swings, giving the golfer additional mobility.
