Order

If you have any questions about your order or an item, you are always welcome to contact us using our contact form!

We will then contact you as soon as possible.

In our shop you will find our entire range. Unfortunately, we cannot order items that are not available in the shop.

Your order can only be canceled a short time later, as we prepare it for shipping within a few hours.
You can only cancel your order later if it has not yet been dispatched.

We therefore ask you to contact us as soon as possible and to express your cancellation request.

Despite our careful approach, it is possible that the wrong item has been sent to you.

We will of course refund you the amount paid and cover the return costs.

pay

With us you can pay with the following payment methods:

American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (on account), MasterCard, PayPal, ShopPay, Sofortüberweisung, UnionPay, VISA.

Your payment will be processed in encrypted form.

We do not store any payment data and do not have access to your credit card or account information.

Shipment

We currently ship to almost all European countries.

Shipping usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.

Please note that there may be slight delays in delivery for SALE campaigns.

At the end of your order you have the option to create a customer account in the checkout.
All you have to do is enter your email address and save a secure password.

If you want to create a customer account in advance, you can click on the customer account icon at the top right of the shop. Then there is the option "Create an account" under the login button.

No worries! If you have forgotten your password, you can simply use the "Forgot your password?" link in the login area. choose.

Enter the email address you used when creating the account.
You will then receive an e-mail from us with which you can assign a new password.

returns

You can of course return your goods to us within 14 days if you do not like them or the size does not suit you.

Please note that we only take back unused items without signs of use.
Please also make sure that you do not remove any attached labels or similar.

For the sake of the environment, the buyer bears the return costs.
This is because many people intentionally order numerous items in different sizes and colors and of course return the ones that don't fit.
For us, this procedure means significantly more work and a double burden on nature.

Returns will be processed immediately upon receipt.

Depending on the amount of returns, it may take up to 7 days to receive your refund.

claim

We apologize for the inconvenience, it shouldn't be like this!

If it is a warranty case, we will deal with the manufacturer as soon as possible and send your item in for repair or send you a new item in exchange.

You are legally entitled to supplementary performance if it is a proven warranty case.

If your claim cannot be met, you will of course get your paid amount back.
