I am looking for an item that cannot be found in the shop. Can you deliver this?

In our shop you will find our entire range. Unfortunately, we cannot order items that are not available in the shop.

Can I cancel my order afterwards?

Your order can only be cancelled shortly afterwards, as we prepare it for shipping within a few hours.
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

We therefore ask you to contact us as soon as possible and express your cancellation request.

I received an incorrect item, what do I do now?

Despite our careful approach, it is possible that the wrong item has been sent to you.

We will of course refund you the amount paid and cover the return costs.

How can I pay?

With us you can pay with the following payment methods:

American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (on account), MasterCard, PayPal, ShopPay, Sofortüberweisung, UnionPay, VISA.

Your payment will be processed in encrypted form.

We do not store any payment data and do not have access to your credit card or account information.

SHIPMENT

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to almost all European countries.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Shipping usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.

Please note that there may be slight delays in delivery for SALE campaigns.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

How can I create an ARCADIA customer account?

At the end of your order you have the option to create a customer account in the checkout.
All you have to do is enter your email address and save a secure password.

If you want to create a customer account in advance, you can click on the customer account icon at the top right of the shop. Then there is the option "Create an account" under the login button.

I have forgotten my password! What now?

No worries! If you have forgotten your password, you can simply use the "Forgot your password?" link in the login area. choose.

Enter the email address you used when creating the account.
You will then receive an e-mail from us with which you can assign a new password.

RETURNS

How can I return my goods?

You can of course return your goods to us within 14 days if you do not like them or the size does not suit you.

Please note that we only take back unused items without signs of use.
Please also make sure that you do not remove any attached labels or similar.

For the sake of the environment, the buyer bears the return costs.
This is because many people intentionally order numerous items in different sizes and colors and of course return the ones that don't fit.
For us, this procedure means significantly more work and a double burden on nature.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Returns will be processed immediately upon receipt.

Depending on the number of returns, it may take up to 7 days for you to receive your refund.

COMPLAINT

My item is defective! How do I proceed?

We apologize for the inconvenience, this should not have been the case!

If it is a warranty case, we will contact the manufacturer as quickly as possible and send your item for repair or send you a new one in exchange.

Will I get my paid amount back?

By law, you have the right to subsequent performance if it is a proven warranty case.

If your claim cannot be fulfilled, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you paid.
